Creating your perfect average day...

What is your perfect Afformation for that perfect average day?

Replies to this Topic

Why am I continually blessed with great health and have so many blessings that I can pass them on to others around me?

Why am I adding meaning and value to all those around me as well as to myself in the process?

These are great Afformations, guys.

Remember in the chapter on Find Your Because I asked you to describe your Perfect Average Day.

Who wants to share theirs?

Why do others treat me with kindness and respect all day long?

Why do I wake up early every morning feeling well rested and ready to head ouside for an early morning walk?

Why do I enjoy every minute of my day living in the now while focused on my goals?

How can it be that we are totally Awesome, and we just can not help it because GOD has made us that way?

Why am I so greateful for today; for all the new blessings my Good God gives us daily, most times without even asking for them?

These are some awesome afformations.  Everytime I think of an average day I think of Alarm Clock by The W's.  You can listen to it here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-0liKPJksU

Why am I such a positive reflection of "Love, Peace, Happiness, Success, Prosperty and Abundance" from the sunrise to sunset every day? Smile

My Perfect Average Day starts by sharing a cup of coffee & some conversation with my Domestic Assistant.  I then head out to the indoor, in-ground, heated pool & swim laps for 30 minutes or to the home gym to do a weight routine with my trainer (depending on the day), then come in, shower, and get ready for my day.

If they're not already, I get my 3-year-old son Alex & husband Mike up and we share a healthy breakfast.  After breakfast, I spend a couple hours with Alex learning, dancing, and playing.  I have a protein shake for a mid-meal, and then head out to the studio to make some beads with my sister Cindy for two hours while Alex hangs out with Mike.

Around 1:00, I share a healthy lunch with Mike, Alex, Cindy, & her daughter Holli, then we all take a walk or bike ride together for about an hour.  When we get home, I do some flash cards or language lessons or other educational activity with Alex for about 30 minutes, and then have free play for an hour.  I have another mid-meal protein shake, and then head back out to the studio with Cindy & Holli until 6:00 to design & make some items for the Stoneface & Obie Dobie Designs boutique jewelry line.

Around 6:00, I share a healthy dinner with my family and spend the rest of the evening hanging out with them playing board games or watching movies.  I have a healthy snack at about 8:30; tuck Alex in with a bedtime story after his bath, read a bit of my newest book on glass-working or jewelry design & go to sleep myself.

So that's my perfect average day.  Doing what I love for "work" with the bead- and jewelry-making (that I earn 3K a week at), spending lots of quality time with my family, and eating right & exercising.  It may seem strange to have meals & exercise in there like that, but it's one of those "plan your work, work your plan" things.  If it's not scheduled, I probably won't do it!

Oh, and let's not forget about having the wonderful Domestic Assistant who takes care of the cooking & cleaning and allows me to have this Perfect Average Day!

Wow Lori, Now that's what I call a perfect average day!

I love how specific you were in your description. That makes it that much easier for the Universe to come in and go, "Okay."

Keep me posted on your progress toward creating this day.

And hope you and Nina get together soon there in B'ham!

~Noah

Thanks for the feedback, Noah.  I'm really glad to know that I'm on the right track with this.

I'm going through The Secret Code of Success again (I read it the first time in one sitting) and really working the assignments.  I sent out the questionnaire to interview my Loving Mirrors (I'm a chicken - I sent it via email!) and I was so incredibly humbled by the responses I got.  I was amazed, especially by the fact that I had no clue that was how they saw me.  It's some pretty powerful stuff.

Much love & appreciation to you for putting pen to paper and sharing the result with me & the rest of the world.  My life is richer already.

Why am I a helping hand to others every day?

Lori - Congratulations on having the courage to ask your Loving Mirrors for support and do the exercises in the book!

Can you share some of the responses you got from your Loving Mirror questionnaire?

I'd actually love to see those responses from everyone who's doing that Step -- because one of the fastest ways to evict your Negative Reflection is to share accurate data with the world.

Let's hear from you - everyone!

~Noah

Although it's a little uncomfortable putting this out here, these are the responses I've received so far.  This is, without a doubt, the most powerful step I've ever taken in improving my Self.  I highly recommend that everyone do it.  Reading the answers brings tears to my eyes!

1. What do you get out of me being in your life?

  • I get someone who listens to all of my bitching, someone who will do anything for me, someone I can trust absolutely, and someone I could tell anything.
  • I get the benefit of knowing that you're always there if I need to talk.  You're one of my best friends.
  • I get a lot out of you being in my life. I feel very close to you, and I feel true love from you.
  • Unconditional love & support

2. What have you gained from our relationship?  Please be specific.

  • My best friend...maybe not as specific as you need, but it's the best I can put it.
  • I've gained a wonderful daughter who is a loving mother and good friend.  You have wisdom beyond your years.
  • I have gained not only a daughter in law, but I think of you as my true friend. I don't trust very many women just from past experiences, but I trust you and I love you.
  • Stability & consistency

 3. What would be missing if I weren't in your life?

  • A huge part of me
  • I'd miss everything about you; your humor, your intelligence, your grace.  And I wouldn't have my grandson Alex if you weren't in my life.
  • It would not only be losing a trusted friend, but a big part of my family, and you know how much I love my family!
  • Part of my heart

 4. What do you see as my strengths?

  • You stand up for yourself, and what you believe in. Your loyalty. Your intelligence. Your heart.
  • You're smart, you're strong, you're trustworthy; you have always stood on your own two feet.
  • How you love people, and your honesty in all situations, no matter the fallout from it. You stand up for what you believe in, and stand by your decisions, but you still listen to the other point of view.
  • Organization, open heart, optimism, being a survivor, acceptance

 5. What can I do differently to improve our relationship?

  • It would be nice to be able to go out, just the girls...but I need to work on that probably more than anyone.
  • Nothing; just continue as you are; you're making improvements within yourself daily.
  • I can't think of anything.
  • Nothing I can think of, except, to accept nothing but the best for yourself! Don't guard your heart, open it, then leave it in his hands.

 6. If there were one word or phrase you'd use to describe our relationship, what would it be?

  • Solid
  • Loving and close.
  • True friends.
  • Comfortable

7. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate our relationship?

  • 10... on your part. I need to give more, and I know that.
  • 10.
  • I think we have a 10
  • 10

8. What can I do to make it a 10 (if anything less than 10)?

I ate breakfast then went on my computer and worked on my novel.  I then took a break and watered and groomed my plants and had lunch and worked on my novel some more.  I then ate dinner on the Blue Ridge Parkway and admired the beauty of it and meditated.  I then went home and got realy for bed.

My Afformation used for the perfect day is "

"Why am I going to step into someones shoes looking into their world, seeing how they see things instead of my own and learning something amazing along my way ?"

I was at my shop yesterday waiting for a client and this man walk in and sat down. I walked over to chat a bit finding out alot and I walked a way with a different outlook on life as I see it. For a moment I  tried to walk in the way this man walks in his everyday life through his eyes.

We were talking then I thought now would be a great time to bring in talking about Noah's awesome book and reflect on Loving mirrors. Just then I found out that this man is colored blind .He relied on people as a young boy having alot of trust in his loving mirrors to reflect back to him the colors we see when he only see's shades of dark and light and in the texture of things.

Wow , I thought what trust and faith to have in close people around you  like we all do Laughing!

No person knew he was colored blind until the age of 7 Frown. He didn't know any better ,he said what everyone else said about the color not being able to see it for himself but from how people discribed it to be.  He looked at the reflection of light  also texture on the object to remember it was that color. How amazing and what trust Innocent

What beauty I see everyday in my world that others do not . Funny ,I had him walk outside with me to understand his view. As we looked at how each other looks at the sky, trees the grass and my yellow car he seen my world for a moment and I in his =) He was telling me his story and I listened ,I cared what he was saying and had compassion about the world he lives in. He left I fininished with my client and I took a walk. I just thanked God for my world I touched the grass how he explained .I felt the bark on the tree and it's leaves the texture in the color. Colored blind people learn from texture of things to understand the color from which it is. I walked into my brothers shoes for a moment and appreciate that much more of the gift of color in my world .

Afformation " Why do I look into my brother or sister's eyes and look deep to whom they are , in the world they see things?"

So my dear friends today is the perfect day to walk in someones shoes for a moment learning something in a different view and walking away richer then before. This man is going to buy Noah's book  " The Secret Code of Success ". He is going to read it and how I discribed it he is going to call all his loving mirrors through out his life and thank them for reflecting back to him love enough to discribe the colors in his life .

God bless Noah and his mission ! I thank God for blessing Noah , using him as the tool to be able to discribe to people about loving mirror's and systems of support in our lives. We have beautiful life lines in our life that help build the person we are and what we believe in .

God bless your journey today and make it the perfect day !

"Why am I going to walk in my brothers shoes and see things in his world for a moment enriching my life?"

May you be a great listener and Loving mirror to someone today looking just for a moment at life through their eyes .

Hugs,

Babette

Why is getting my day started with a positive attitude so easy for me?

you drink a glass of water before you go to bed and first thing when you get up so, you're not dehydrated.  You think of ten things you're gratiful for as soon as you awaken.

Why my best day is sharing health and wealth with as many people as I can
